5Essentials Survey for School Year 2021-2022

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We know that this year has been very challenging for all, yet with your support and understanding we have moved forward and continued supporting the learning of all children. Every year schools receive a designation on the state’s school report card
and the higher our percentage of parent participation the more points the school will receive towards our overall designation.

We need your support in completing this survey; currently WDLA has a Commendable rating. As the only academy that teaches in 2 languages at the same time, approved to be the only Pre-k-8th grade school in D89, we deserve to receive a higher rating and your participation on completing this survey will make a difference.
